Reading programs are an important tool to help children build reading skills. The Coffey County Library is now using an internet-based system called Reader Zone for our reading programs. The first program that we encourage parents/children to participate in is 1000 Books Before Kindergarten.
Reader Zone can be installed on any Apple or Android device. The app has a simple, intuitive design that anyone can use. It takes less than eight seconds to make a reading entry through the mobile app. Install the app, make an account and add your reader(s). Join the CCL 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program using the code 8044c.
Readers and families can join programs, see progress and manage all aspects of their Reader Zone account through the mobile app.
