Turn overdue books into food Feb 1-28, 2022
Donate canned or boxed foods to the Coffey County Library to pay off your library fines Tuesday, Feb 1 through Monday, Feb 28 during the CCL Food for Fines drive!
The library will deduct $1 from your overdue fees for every unopened, unexpired non perishable food item donated. (For example: Three canned items equals $3 in waived fees.) Not only will you clear up your account, you will help your local community.
Don’t have any overdue fines? Be a Fine Angel! You may request your donations be applied to someone else’s overdue fines. We will still accept items to help clear a juvenile patron’s account.
